What We Do:
SALES: We provide sales information to retailers for all of the brands that we work with. This includes assistance with initial sales documents, follow-up, help putting orders together, help placing orders, and answering any questions which may arise. This also includes reorders - it's much easier to make one phone call or write one email to order as many as 12 lines at a time!
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: It is our job to make sure that you and all of your staff are fully trained and up-to-date with the knowledge and use of the products that we represent. This includes any information and assistance you need to help you sell, such as in-store demos for employees, if feasible, and providing phone and email support for product features, use, and care.
SUPPORT: We are available to help with merchandising ideas and to troubleshoot slow moving items. We provide product images and descriptions for your website and can help create promotions and giveaways for social media campaigns.
GENERAL INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE: If you are looking for a contact on a specific line or need an update on the newest products on the market, we can help with that too. It's Hip Mama Sales’ job to have a finger on the pulse of the industry!
